Are you a popular person who is worried about finding yourself the brand new owner of a goat? We offer goat insurance to protect you! Purchase $25 of goat insurance and be protected from winning a goat – even if your name is drawn more than once!
The Benito Splash Park has proven extremely successful in its opening year! But there is more to do and we need your help. We want to upgrade the site with washrooms and change rooms to make it easier for families to enjoy the fun. Plus, we need more picnic tables.
We are also paying off the last of the installation costs of the park.
When you purchase raffle tickets or goat insurance, 100% of what you spend goes directly to the Splash Park. The prizes, tickets and advertisng are all donated so there is no overhead. Just funds for the splash park plus a fun chance to gift a goat to someone who really needs one!

Terms & Conditions
- Tickets can not be purchased online – must be purchased in person or by telephone. Each purchase is of paper tickets that are entered in the draw. No electronic tickets are available.
- Tickets are $3 each, or 5 for $10 or 20 for $20. Maximum 20,000 tickets printed. Odds of winning depend on number of tickets sold.
- Draw will take place approximately 8PM October 17th, 2026, at the Adam T Elvis Concert at the Benito Recreation Centre. You are welcome to attend to watch the draw but you do not need to be in attendance to win.
- The winning ticket will be compared to the list of persons who have purchased goat insurance. If the person is insured, the ticket will be discarded and a new ticket will be drawn. This will continue until a winner without goat insurance is selected.
- Goat insurance is a separate purchase. It is available for $25 for people who do not want to win a goat. Once insured, the person named is protected from being drawn up to three times. If they are drawn a fourth time, they win a goat.
- We will make our best effort to deliver a goat to the name shown on the winning ticket. However, a goat will not be delivered if there is a danger to the animal. Typically goat winners are responsible and cheerful people, but if a winner indicates they will cause harm to the animal it will not be delivered. The decision to deliver a goat rests solely with the organizers. In the event a goat can not be delivered, the value of the goat will be donated to the Splash Park and an attempt to deliver a “virtual goat” will be made.
- If in the opinion of the organizers a single goat will be lonely, two goats may be delivered to the winning name.
- Maximum value of prize is $1300 including goat(s) and delivery.
- We suggest you include your name and phone number on the ticket so that we may contact you to ensure correct delivery to your chosen recipient. Tickets without contact information may result in non-delivery of goat if the winning name is not clear.
- All names on tickets are subject to promotion during the goat raffle to raise awareness and increase the fun of the event. If you are the subject of abuse or harassment, contact the organizers and your name will not be used publicly.
- Additional terms may be added to ensure this remains a fun game of chance.
